E. Trask Sr. Boat Landing, the bridges to Hilton Head Island, Tanger Outlet shops and Old Town Bluffton. ABOUT US
Sawmill Creek Property Owners Association consists of 17 homesites on Sawmill Creek, Hodge and Carroll Drive. We are run by the Homeowners with a Board of 5 members: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Member at Large. The annual Property Owners meeting is held every year on the 2nd Saturday of March at 9:30AM.

The 2026 annual POA Fees are $300, and we collect a $500 transfer fee at closing.
